We have empowered over 55,000 families to achieve their dream of homeownership and have played a pivotal role in funding the development of over 16,000 multifamily housing units. Our dedicated team manages thousands of Housing Choice Vouchers annually. We’re hiring a full-time Business Analyst/Encompass Systems Administrator for our Executive Division. Responsibilities Serve as the primary systems administrator for Encompass by ICE Mortgage Technology. Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve operational efficiency and program effectiveness. Design and implement business solutions that align with organizational goals and regulatory requirements. Serve as a bridge between technical teams and business units, translating needs into clear requirements. Qualifications Proven experience in business analysis, data analytics, or process improvement. Strong understanding of housing finance, public policy, or nonprofit operations. Experience with mortgage loan operations and lending. Experience with Encompass by ICE Mortgage Technology. Proficiency in tools like SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms. Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills. Education: nine to ten years relevant work experience, Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
