Now Hiring CDL-A Local Drivers Night Shift | Home Daily | No-Touch Freight

Location: Henderson, NC (ZIP 27536)

Home Time: Daily (occasional overnight hotel stay)
Freight Type: 100% No-Touch Refrigerated Freight  

Experience Level: CDL-A with up to 11+ months or more of verifiable experience

Pay & Schedule

• Average Weekly Gross: $1,200+ (must work full schedule)

• Annual Earnings Potential: Up to $70,000

• Experience-Based Mileage Pay:

  • 0-11 months: $0.45/mile

  • 12-35 months: $0.47/mile

  • 36-59 months: $0.50/mile

  • 60-83 months: $0.51/mile

  • 84-119 months: $0.52/mile

  • 10+ years: $0.54/mile

• Stop Pay: $20 per stop

• Lane Minimum Pay (whichever is greater):

  • 0-50 miles = $41

  • 51-75 miles = $48

  • 76-100 miles = $64

  • 101-125 miles = $74

  • 126-150 miles = $82

  • 151-175 miles = $84

  • 176-200 miles = $93

  • 201-225 miles = $96

  • 226+ miles = paid per mile

Schedule & Work Details

• Home Daily local routes within 300 miles of the Henderson DC

• Miles per Week: ~1,250

• Schedule: Rotating 6 days on, 34-hour reset, 5 days on, 2 days off

• Shift: Night shift start times between 10 PM-2 AM (includes weekends & holidays)

• Routes: 1-3 per day, 1-3 stops each (occasional 10-hour break on the road)

Training & Orientation

• 1-day in-class training $50 pay

• 2-3 days ride-along training $100/day

• Must have personal transportation to and from the distribution center daily
