A leading national defense litigation firm is seeking a skilled Complex Litigation Associate Attorney to join its Denver office. This is an exciting opportunity to work on high-impact cases with prominent clients, while enjoying a flexible work environment and strong career growth potential.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will handle a broad range of complex litigation matters, including:
- General liability
- Personal injury
- Transportation defense
- Catastrophic injury claims
This position offers meaningful hands-on litigation experience, direct client interaction, and the opportunity to take on substantial responsibility from the outset.
Key Responsibilities: - Independently manage a diverse caseload from inception through resolution
- Collaborate with partners and colleagues in a team-oriented setting
- Conduct investigations, depositions, mediations, court appearances, and trial preparation
- Provide strategic guidance and regular updates to clients
Qualifications: - JD from an ABA-accredited law school
- Licensed to practice in Colorado
- 3–8 years of defense litigation experience (preferred areas: personal injury, general liability, transportation, catastrophic injury)
- Strong writing, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to manage complex matters and build client relationships
- Familiarity with legal project management is a plus
Compensation & Benefits: - Salary Range: $150,000 – $190,000 (commensurate with experience and qualifications)
