Assist agricultural producers to achieve 590 Standard Nutrient Management Plan compliance and work closely with County, State and Federal employees to advance landowners through NRCS Conservation Planning Process and cost share options; assist landowners to plan and implement soil health practices and wildlife habitat improvement practices; contribute to development of well testing and monitoring. QUALIFICATIONS: Associate’s degree in agriculture or related field (Bachelor’s preferred); insurance acceptable driver’s license; prefer experience in Natural Resources field and/or working knowledge of nutrient management planning principles. This is a project position, grant funded through September 2026, with 40 hours/week, at a rate of $27.76 – $29.89/hour. Benefits are included. We are an EOE and ADA compliant organization.
