We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Electrical Engineer to join our fast-paced engineering team. This role offers a fantastic opportunity for an experienced professional to work on a variety of projects, applying their expertise in electrical design, circuit design, and consulting. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and developing electrical systems, working closely with various teams to ensure project objectives and timelines are met. The role requires a deep understanding of BIM, Arcc Flash, AutoCAD or Revit.

Job Details

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop complex electrical systems and circuits, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
• Use software such as AutoCAD or Revit to create detailed electrical design drawings.
• Conduct detailed calculations to establish manufacturing, construction, and installation standards and specifications.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary project teams, providing electrical engineering expertise.
• Use BIM and Arcc Flash for effective project management and coordination.
• Provide consulting services to clients, advising on best practices, potential improvements, and cost-effective strategies.
• Conduct thorough inspections to identify faults and issues, implementing corrective actions where necessary.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in electrical engineering and propose new innovative solutions to improve project efficiency and effectiveness.
• Ensure all projects adhere to health and safety regulations, reducing any risks to personnel and the environment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field from an accredited institution.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical engineering, specifically in design and consulting.
• Proficient in the use of design software such as AutoCAD or Revit.
• Extensive experience with BIM and Arcc Flash.
• Proven experience in developing complex electrical designs and circuit designs.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and consulting skills, with the ability to effectively present complex technical information.
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and meet tight deadlines.
• Professional Engineering (PE) license is preferred.
