*Your Responsibilities*
* Provide high-quality occupational therapy services under the direction of an OTR
* Support residents in improving independence, safety, and quality of life
* Document treatments accurately and efficiently
* Collaborate closely with a passionate interdisciplinary team
* Participate in care planning with therapists, nurses, and families
* Bring creativity, compassion, and positivity to each resident interaction
*Qualifications*
* Active Florida COTA license
* Skilled Nursing Facility experience preferred, but *new grads welcome to apply!*
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Commitment to delivering excellent patient-centered care
