The Role

  • Collaborate directly with the executive leadership team to align regional initiatives with company-wide objectives.
  • Drive operational improvements, implement standardized processes, and support systems upgrades where needed.
  • Serve as a cultural ambassador and operational leader across both frontline technicians and corporate stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Has to have managed at least $8mm annual revenue in the auto collision or upfitting industry
  • Proven track record of managing multi-location operations with full P&L responsibility.
  • Strong general management skill set: operations, finance, people leadership, and customer service.
  • Technical fluency in automotive repair or service environments; capable of building credibility with technicians and service advisors.
  • Able to “helicopter up and down” – from boardroom strategy sessions to shop-floor conversations.
  • Experience leading teams through growth, change, or acquisition integration is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel up to 30% across the Pacific Northwest
  • Hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate in a dynamic, growth-oriented, PE-backed environment.
