Location: Pelham, Alabama. Occasional on-site presence is required.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and enhance Salesforce flows, validation rules, and Lightning components.
- Support day-to-day Salesforce user requests, bug fixes, and permission updates.
- Collaborate with staff and the IT team on new features and releases.
- Document configuration changes and maintain change-tracking logs.
- Collaborate with different groups to troubleshoot user issues.
Qualifications
- 12 years of Salesforce admin or development experience.
- Familiarity with Salesforce Lightning, Flows, and general configuration.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer or Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator certification preferred.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; or equivalent combination of education and hands-on experience.
