Title: Manager of Global Supply Chain Systems Job Type: PERM Schedule: 8:45AM - 5:30PM Pay: $110,000 - $140,000 Job Description Insight Global is looking for a Manager of Supply Chain Systems to be a key player in advancing our semiconductor client's digital transformation by leading the global rollout and ongoing optimization of SAP S/4HANA and related systems. The manager will drive standardization, data integrity, and end-to-end process efficiency across the global supply chain. Responsibilities Lead global supply chain systems strategy, focusing on SAP S/4HANA and related technologies. Align system capabilities with business goals across planning, procurement, production, quality, and logistics. Oversee SAP S/4HANA design, testing, deployment, and continuous improvement across modules. Drive digital transformation initiatives, process standardization, and data integrity. Develop change management, training, and communication programs to ensure adoption and continuous improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance reporting, analytics, and KPI alignment. Serve as global systems expert and strategic advisor, shaping long-term roadmaps and mentoring process leaders. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, information systems, or related field (or equivalent experience). 8+ years in supply chain, including 4+ in systems or ERP roles (SAP S/4HANA expertise required). Proven experience leading ERP implementations in global manufacturing. Strong knowledge of end-to-end supply chain processes. Preferred Experience with digital tools, SAP analytics, or BI platforms (Tableau, Power BI). Certifications: CSCP, CPIM, PMP, or SAP.
