Remote Clinical Pharmacist (Medicare) Pay Rate: $53/hour Employment Type: Contract Start Date: December 8, 2025 Location: Remote (U.S. — must hold active pharmacist license in state of residence) Company: National Healthcare Retail Organization Position Summary We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Clinical Pharmacist to join our remote Medicare team with a leading national healthcare retail company. This position involves performing comprehensive clinical reviews, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting patient-centered care through effective medication management. Key Responsibilities Conduct clinical and medication reviews for Medicare members. Ensure compliance with CMS and internal quality standards. Provide expert pharmaceutical guidance and resolve medication-related issues. Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams remotely. Maintain accurate and timely documentation in internal systems. Participate in quality improvement initiatives as assigned. Schedule Business Hours: Monday–Friday: 7:00 AM – 8:00 PM EST Saturday–Sunday: 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM EST Shift: Set rotation (to be confirmed at hire). Qualifications Required: Active Registered Pharmacist (RPh or PharmD) license in state of residence. Include screenshot of active license on resume (must show name, state, and expiration date). Minimum of 1 year of relevant clinical or managed care pharmacy experience. Computer literate; proficient in Excel and Word. Preferred: Knowledge of Access, PowerPoint, and Visio. Prior Medicare or PBM experience. Interview Process Virtual interviews conducted via Microsoft Teams with hiring supervisors.
