Restaurant Senior Marketing Manager | Up to $140,000/year | Dallas, TX Area

MUST have Restaurant Marketing experience.

Were looking for an experienced Senior Marketing Manager to lead strategic marketing initiatives for a growing restaurant brand. This is an exciting opportunity for a creative, data-driven leader who thrives on building campaigns that drive guest traffic, strengthen brand identity, and boost sales.

What Youll Do:

• Lead marketing strategy and execution across digital, loyalty, paid media, social, and in-store channels.
• Oversee promotional calendars, brand campaigns, and local store marketing programs.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with operations and executive teams to align strategy with business goals.
• Manage media budgets, agency relationships, and campaign performance reporting.
• Mentor and guide a team of marketers to deliver impactful results.

What Were Looking For:

• 5+ years of progressive marketing experience in the restaurant industry.
• Strong background in brand strategy, digital marketing, and campaign execution.
• Proven ability to drive measurable results and manage multiple projects.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (MBA a plus).
