Pay: $50 to $53 depending on experience

Position Summary

The Oncology Nurse Navigator serves as a patient advocate, care coordinator, educator, and supportive resource for individuals diagnosed with cancer. This role facilitates seamless movement across the cancer care continuum—from diagnosis and treatment planning to survivorship or end-of-life care. The Nurse Navigator collaborates with a multidisciplinary team to ensure timely access to care, reduce barriers, and enhance the overall patient and family experience.

Unit Requirement:

3+ years of experience preferred

This is a Nurse Navigator role. A candidate in this role will help patients who are currently receiving ongoing Oncology treatment at the facility and have an administrative-based workload in managing all care of patients.

Locals ok. TEMP TO PERM ONLY. The ideal candidate will be open to accepting a perm job at the facility after this 13 week assignment.

This position is for an RN ONCC/ONS REQUIRED

Special Requirements: ONCC/ONS & 5 years Oncology

Qualifications:

1. Current and valid state RN License.
2. Current BLS (AHA) certificate upon hire and maintain current.
3. Current ACLS (AHA) certificate 30 days upon hire and maintain current.
4. Current PALS (AHA) certificate 30 days upon hire and maintain current.
5. Certified Nurse OR (CNOR) Certification (AORN) preferred
6. Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
