Job Description: Seasonal Customer Service Agents

We are currently seeking highly motivated and customer-oriented individuals to join our Customer Service team as Seasonal Customer Service Agents. The primary responsibility of a Seasonal Customer Service Agent is to provide exceptional customer service and support during peak seasonal periods, ensuring that all customer inquiries and concerns are promptly addressed and resolved. This is a temporary position with flexible work hours and the possibility to join the UFLP Family full-time!   

Key Responsibilities : 

1.  Respond to customer inquiries via phone in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner. 
2.  Provide accurate and comprehensive information to customers regarding products, services, promotions, and policies. 
3.  Assist customers in placing orders, tracking shipments, processing returns, and resolving any related issues. 
4.  Handle customer complaints or concerns by investigating the problem, proposing solutions, and escalating complex issues to the appropriate department, if necessary. 
5. Maintain and update customer accounts with accurate and essential information while ensuring adherence to data protection and privacy regulations.

Requirements : 

•  Proven experience in a customer service role is preferred, although entry-level candidates will be considered. 
•  Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with fluency in English (additional language skills are a plus).
•  Proficiency in using customer service software, databases, and other computer applications. 
•  Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making abilities. 
•  Flexibility to work irregular hours, overtime, weekends, and holidays, as needed. 
•  Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. 
•  Ability to adapt quickly to changing procedures and priorities. 
•  Must pass a background check.
•   Position pays $12.50
•  Shift available: M-F 
•  Saturdays required: 11/29; 12/6; 12/13 (9am-4pm) 
•  Day after Thanksgiving 11/28/25 

Working Conditions : 

 - This is a seasonal position, with employment typically lasting for a specific period during peak business seasons. 

 - Work schedules may vary, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
