Role Summary The Senior Manager, Corporate Communications is responsible for defining and executing a strategic communications and stakeholder engagement framework for RV Tech's key relationships, starting with our parent companies. This role blends strategic partnership and hands-on external communications. You will be a critical part of shaping our narrative, building a foundation of trust and transparency with our partners and the media. The ideal candidate is a proactive and skilled communicator who can navigate a complex environment, establish credibility at all levels, and lead a compelling communications strategy. Responsibilities Partnership and Stakeholder Communications: Define and manage the communications framework for critical external stakeholders, including parent companies, media, partners, and key industry groups. Serve as the communications liaison, actively building trusted relationships across the entire ecosystem. Media and External Relations: Develop and execute an external communications strategy, serving as a point of contact for media relations and other external inquiries. You will help shape our public narrative to enhance our reputation. Content and Messaging: Draft, edit, and oversee critical communications for both internal and external audiences. Collaborate closely with Senior Leadership, Legal, and Business Operations to unify messaging with company objectives. Strategic Counsel: Serve as a trusted advisor on best practices for navigating company dynamics, reporting, and stakeholder engagement. Qualifications Experience: 8–10+ years in communications, stakeholder engagement, or executive communications, preferably in a technology or joint venture environment. Influence: Proven ability to build alignment and influence without formal authority across complex organizational structures. Trust & Transparency: Demonstrated success in fostering open, authentic communication among senior stakeholders. Skills: Exceptional written, verbal, and visual communication skills with the ability to simplify complex information for diverse audiences. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, or related field required; advanced degree a plus. Mindset: Strategic, proactive, and comfortable working in high-growth, dynamic settings with competing priorities. Language: Fluency in German is a plus, but not required. Pay Disclosure Salary Range/Hourly Rate for Palo Alto, California Based Applicants: $156,200 - $195,300 (actual compensation will be determined based on experience, location, and other factors permitted by law).
