Position Overview

We are seeking an energetic, motivated, and detail oriented Spa Manager to lead our thriving MedSpa in Oldsmar, FL. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a medical spa setting and a strong understanding of both aesthetic and wellness services .

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and inspire a team of aestheticians, Laser hair removal tech, and NP dealing with weight loss, BHRT and injectables.
  • IV Bar experience is a PLUS.
  • Oversee treatment plans , ensuring each client receives a personalized, results driven experience.
  • Manage day-to-day operations scheduling, training, and maintaining clinical and service excellence.
  • Cultivate referral relationships through our Lead generation system, group on and other doctor office in this area
  • Ensure all equipment and facilities meet the highest standards of cleanliness and sterilization.
  • Conduct regular staff training sessions on new services, products, and technologies.
  • Oversee client scheduling, records, and Zenoti in our Medspa
  • Drive sales and service promotions , including Botox, fillers, and spa packages, aligning with market trends.

Financial & Operational Leadership

  • Maintain excellence in all operational areas to increase sales and minimize costs.
  • Manage financial reporting, invoices, payroll, and administrative duties in compliance with company policies.
  • Develop and implement a monthly business plan to meet and exceed sales goals.

Client Experience

  • Ensure every client enjoys a luxurious, seamless and personalized experience from start to finish.
  • Uphold a culture of warmth, respect and professionalism that defines Health & MedSpa’s reputation.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in a health-related field (required)
  • 2–3 years of Medical Spa management experience (required)
  • Strong marketing and sales acumen
  • EMR experience (preferred)
  • Spa Manager Certification (preferred)
