TIG Welder (Stainless Steel)
Pay: $17-25/hr. (based off of skill level and weld test) +15% shift differential for 2nd shift
Shifts:
- 1st = Mon - Fri (7am to 3pm)
- 2nd = Mon - Thu (1pm - 11pm)
- Ability to train on 1st shift for 2nd shift position
Description:
- We are seeking a TIG Welder who is comfortable working with thin stainless steel for a metal manufacturing shop.
Qualifications:
- Performing both Mig & Tig Welding applications daily.
- Reading and understanding blueprints and weld symbols
- Welding Light Gauge Steel, Aluminum and working with Fixturing.
- Ensuring safety and quality guidelines are met
- Ability to stand for more than 4 hours at a time.
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs
- Ability to work in hot/cold warehouse environment
Job Duties:
- Performing both Mig & Tig Welding applications daily.

- Welding Light Gauge Steel, Aluminum and working with Fixturing ? Ensuring safety and quality guidelines are met.
- Notify supervision of faulty equipment and/or defective materials.
- Determine and perform routine maintenance on equipment used.
- De-bur and grind metal as necessary for proper surface texture.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
